# Add-on Modules ActuaryPOS Hybrid Solution can be extended with optional **add-on modules** such as Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, Gym, HMS, Repair, Project, Foodpanda and more. Add-ons are activated for your business by the **Superadmin** as part of your subscription plan — once they are switched on for you, the related menu appears in your sidebar automatically. --- ## What You'll Learn - What each add-on module does - How to request an add-on for your business - Where to control core features (which is a different setting) --- ## How Add-ons Are Activated Unlike core features, add-on modules are **not** turned on with a checkbox in your settings. They are part of your subscription plan and are managed by the Superadmin. 1. Look in your **left sidebar** to see which add-ons are already available to you (for example **Accounting**, **CRM**, **Manufacturing**, etc.). 2. If an add-on you want is not in the sidebar, open the **Contact Superadmin** page and request it. 3. The Superadmin will activate the add-on for your business — you may need to **log out and log back in** for the new menu to appear. 4. Once visible in the sidebar, give your team members access from **User Management → Roles**. > 💡 **Don't confuse this with the *Modules* tab in Business Settings.** That tab only hides or shows **core base features** (POS, Sale, Products, Purchases, Stock, Expenses, Reports, Notifications, Restaurant tables, Quick Menu, Bookings, etc.). Add-on modules like Accounting or CRM never appear there. --- ## Available Modules ### 📦 Essentials & HRM (Human Resource Management) Manage your team beyond basic user accounts. The Superadmin will activate it for your business as part of your subscription plan. **Q: Will I lose my data if an add-on is removed from my plan?** A: No. Your data stays safely stored. If the add-on is re-activated later, your records will still be there. **Q: Can I use multiple add-ons at the same time?** A: Yes. As many add-ons as are included in your plan can be used together — they work side-by-side. **Q: An add-on is active but I don't see it in my menu. Why?** A: Make sure your user role has the right **permissions** for that add-on. Check **User Management → Roles**, and try logging out and back in. **Q: Where do I turn POS, Sale, Purchases or Reports on or off?** A: Those are core features, not add-ons. They are toggled in **Settings → Business Settings → Modules** tab. --- ## Tips & Best Practices - 📌 **Start simple** — only request the add-ons you need right now. - 📌 **Add more later** — you can ask the Superadmin to add more add-ons to your plan as your business grows. - 📌 **Set permissions** — after a new add-on appears, give your staff access from **User Management → Roles**. - 📌 **Explore each add-on** — each one has its own settings and setup steps inside its own menu.
